These terms apply to your use of https://automateapis.digital and to professional engagements with Yamane Audit Atelier unless a signed engagement letter states otherwise.
Acceptance
By browsing this website or submitting a scoping request, you agree to these terms. Professional audit work begins only after both parties sign an engagement letter that defines scope, fees, and responsibilities.
Services described
Pages describing financial auditing engagements are informational. They do not constitute an offer to perform audit procedures until acceptance procedures and an engagement letter are complete.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and atelier materials remain the property of Yamane Audit Atelier. Working papers prepared during an engagement remain our property; you receive the agreed deliverables such as the auditor’s report and management letter. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of books and records, timely provision of schedules, and decisions about accounting policies. An audit does not relieve management of those duties.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, our liability arising from website use is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Liability arising from a professional engagement is governed by the engagement letter and applicable auditing standards, and may be further limited as permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Fukushima Prefecture shall have primary venue for disputes relating to website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page on the date you access the site applies to website use. Engagement letters control for contracted work.
